Anytime you have to contact your attorney is a critical time, especially when it comes to family issues. Good communication between you and your attorney is essential. I serve my clients with the utmost courtesy and respect, listening to their concerns. I use my almost twenty years of legal experience and knowledge of different client outcomes to design solutions suited to each client’s individual needs. I am accessible to my clients, responding promptly to their telephone calls and e-mail and taking the time to meet with all clients personally.

I focus on legal issues that affect the family, any kind of family, be it traditional, same sex, or step-family. I represent parents, children, spouses, adult and minor children, disabled adult, executors and beneficiaries in McHenry County, Illinois.

In order to further serve our clients, I offer different types of representation. We can discuss which type of representation suits you, your situation, and your budget.

Traditional Type (Full Representation)

I file my appearance, prepare all of the documentation, responses, correspondence, and attend all court dates for everything that is at issue.

Limited Scope Representation

I do the above for only certain issues. For example, you wish to represent yourself on the visitation issues but wish for me to represent you on the child support issue.

Advisory Representation

I review and advise you on documents and options, help you prepare for hearings, but I do not file an appearance or go to court for you. With this option, you pay an hourly rate.
